Workshop Assessment Fee: $110.00 inc GST

Service Call & Labour: $144.00 inc GST (includes up to 15 minutes onsite). This applies to all suburbs listed below. For other locations, please enquire for any extra travel charges.

Extra Labour if required: $15.40 inc GST per 6 min increment.

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment for service, labour and parts, if applicable, must be made at the end of the technician’s visit with Mastercard, Visa or cash. Accounts not paid on the day of service may incur a $20.00 administration fee.
2. Bundaberg Appliance Service takes the utmost care when moving appliances for service but do not accept liability for any damage that may occur. Customers may arrange for the appliance to be moved for access prior to service.
3. Bundaberg Appliance Service is not liable for any food loss.
4. Acceptance of our goods, service or quotation is an automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. All postponement or cancellation of services must be confirmed at least 4 hours prior to attendance. If the appliance is not accessible during the time arranged or cancellation is not received in a timely manner, a charge of $80.00 will apply (as well as any applicable extra travel charges).
6. Appointment time slots are an approximation and time required on jobs can be unpredictable.
7. Title of any goods purchased does not pass to the buyer and remains the property of Bundaberg Appliance Service until payment is made in full.
8. We do not offer lines of credit.
9. For all warranty claims, proof of purchase must be retained and shown on request.
10. Warranty claims, if and when applicable, are conditional upon all accounts and payments being in order and fully settled as per our trading terms.
11. Warranty does not cover misuse of the appliance (use other than that intended by the manufacturer), damage caused by insects or rodents, or no fault found.
12. Sixty (60) day warranty on service call fees and labour, for the same fault. Any subsequent repair to the same appliance will be at the customers expense.
13. All parts supplied come with the relevant manufacturer warranty. Service call and labour charges may apply to replace parts under warranty.
14. Bundaberg Appliance Service labour and parts warranty is only valid if payment has been received in full.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to exclude any applicable Consumer Guarantees.
