Some manufacturers choose to send parts out to us prior to us inspecting your appliance. The parts they choose to send are based on technical information/experience and is an attempt to speed up the repair process.
If you are 100% sure of what part you need we can order in a part prior to our technician attending. Please note: you will need to pay for the part upfront before we will place the order and parts are non refundable. We are also not responsible if your diagnosis is incorrect and the requested part doesn't fix the issue.
Brands We Service:
As a general rule, we are unable to provide free quotes as the necessary diagnosis cannot be free. The cost of diagnosing a fault often exceeds the cost of actually doing the repair. Our policy is to charge a Service Call Fee (for in-home jobs) or Assessment Fee (for items dropped to our workshop). Once we have identified the fault, we will quote on the completion of the repairs. You have the choice of proceeding with the repair or not.
Workshop Assessment Fee: $110.00 inc GST
Service Call & Labour: $144.00 inc GST (includes up to 15 minutes onsite). This applies to all suburbs listed below. For other locations, please enquire for any extra travel charges.
Extra Labour if required: $15.40 inc GST per 6 min increment.
No, you won’t. The Service Call Fee is charged only once per job. For any additional visits required to fit parts, you will only be charged for the labour needed to fit those parts (plus the parts themselves). For jobs outside of town, travel time may also be charged.
