Ascot Homes are on the corner of Tomlinson St and Princess St. The East Bundaberg Water Tower is on the opposite side of Princess St to Tomlinson St.

If you were to continue down Tomlinson St (which is a ‘one block’ street), you would come to Bundy Ice and the Council Depot. Overall, easy to find.
